1. Oromia
Regional Health Bureau has received a grant from the Government
towards the cost of Health Sector Development Programme (HSDP) and
intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments
under the contract for the procurement of Standard Table,.:
NCB/GOV/RHB/01/02.
2. Oromia
Regional Health Bureau now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the procurement of Standard Table to the Regional Health
Bureau.
3. Bidding
will be conducted though the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines-Procurement
under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and the bid is open to all
bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of
Procurement Service, Oromia Regional Health Bureau, Tel. 011-551-08
08 ext. 228, 011-553-01 71 and inspect the bidding documents from
8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 P.M.
during the working days.
5. Qualifications
required: legal-Bidders must submit renewed Trade License for the
year 2001 E.C. VAT, TIN registration certificate, Suppliers
registration certificate and other supporting letter/s from Ministry
of Finance and Economic Development such as whether they have paid
the taxations Government, and also have to bring these requirements
while purchasing the tender document and when submitting offers and
in accordance with the Ethiopian Law.
6. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be
purchased by interested bidder on submission of a written
application to the address mentioned below upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) only.
7. Bids
must be delivered to the address below or before 3:00 P.M. on the
date 21/08/2001 (29/4/09). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be
opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who
want to attend in person at the Procurement service, Oromia Regional
Health Bureau, on 21/08/2001 (29/4/2009) at 3:00 P.M.
8. All
bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1% of the bid amount
in a from of C.P.O. or unconditional Bank Guarantee from a reputable
Bank.
9. The
Regional Health Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
