1. The
Water Well Drilling Enterprise (WWDE) invites all eligible bidders
to participate in the bid for the supply of Air Compressor in
accordance to our specification stipulated in the document.
2. Interested
eligible bidders who have renewed their licenses for the year 2001
E.C. and VAT registered can obtain the technical specification
against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty).
3.
Bidders are obliged to submit in two separate sealed
envelopes,
4. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of at least 2% of the bid
price in the form of certified cheque, C.P.O. or Cash.
5. Sealed
bids shall be submitted to our enterprise on the twentieth calendar
day after the first announcement on The Ethiopian Herald before 9:30
A.M. and the technical offer will be opened on the same day at 10:00
A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
without giving any reason thereof.
