Federal Police has funds within the Employer’s budget to be used for
the procurement of Contractor’s for Residence
Camp Construction Works.

3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal
Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(m) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M. local time.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of Meiazi
08/2001 by interested eligible bidders on submission of a
WRITTEN APPLICATION, MINISTRY OF WORKS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND VAT
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES, TRADE LICENSE & TAX CLEARANCE LETTER
at the address below at 7(n)
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(o) on or before 10:00
A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 100,000.00
payable on first demand. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
7(p) at 10:15 A.M. Meiazia 29, 2001.
7. m)
Documents can be inspected at Construction Design Share Company,
Business Unit 1, Block No.5, office No.37, (Tel.011-440 33 62 Or
011-442 08 00 Ext. 255).
n) Documents can be purchased at
Construction Design Share Company Business Unit 1, Block No.5 Office
No.37.
o) Bids must be delivered to:
Construction Design Share Company, 3rd Floor tender hall
on or before 10:00 A.M. Meiazia 29/2001.
p) The bidder shall seal all the bid
documents in five inner envelopes i.e. (Technical Proposal,
Financial Offer and Bids security) duly marking the inner
envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY and to be enclosed with one
outer envelope.
The Copy
documents should be photocopy of the Original bid documents.
r) The employer
has the right to reject any or all bids.
Partial rebate, like fixed sum and
rebate on some items is not acceptable.
Bidders should return the instruction
to bidder’s document upon sing and seal of the document.
