Procurement of Office equipment & Computer & accessories
1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from
the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of
information & Communication Technology Assisted Development (ICTAD)
project & it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the loan to
payments under the contract for the procurement of Office Equipments
& Computers & Accessories.
2. The
ICTAD project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
procurement of officer Equipments & Computers & Accessories.
3. Bidding
will be conducted under the National Competitive bidding procedures
in accordance with the World Bank Guidelines procurement under IBBD
Loans & IDA Credits dated May 2004, & is open to all bidders from
eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.

5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to
Ethiopia ICT Development Agency, ICT Assisted Development project,
Dembel City Center 11th
Floor using left No. 2 or 3, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100.
6. Bids
must be submitted to Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT Assisted
Development project, at or before 3:00 P.M on May 21,2009.
7.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 15,
00.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT
Assisted Development project at 4:00 P.M. May 21, 2009.
