Description

1.      The Ministry of Works & Urban Development (MWUD) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Global positioning System (GPS) Equipment.

2.      Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in a public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia & is open to all locally registered Suppliers.

3.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Support Service Coordinating Bureau (MWUD) & inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(c) from 9:00 A.M. -12:00 A.M. noon.

4.      A Complete set of hard copy of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address below at 6(a) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 50(Fifty Birr). The method of payment will be in Cash.

5.      Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(b)by placing them in the tender box prepared for this purpose at or before 8:00 P.M. local time on the 15^th day of bid announcement. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amount stated in the bid document, ITB, Clause 21.1 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO, or Cash Bidders who wishes to submit bid Security in the form of Cash are required to deposit to Ministry of Works & Urban Development fixed Line Cashier 1^st Floor Room No.104. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(d) at 8:30 P.M. local time on the 15^th day of bid announcement.
