1. Somali Regional State has allocated
from its own budget to procure the following machinery services:
Dozer Grader Excavator, Loader, Dump track Roller & Shower track
for Moyale town Development plan implementation.
2. The
Bureau of invites interested & eligible bidders for the supply of
the above mentioned machineries.
3. Bid
documents can be obtained from works & urban development bureau Room
No. 8 during working hours upon payment of non-refundable 200 (Two
Hundred Birr).
4. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to 2% of the
total offered value in the form of C.P.O
5. Bidders
should have VAT registration certificate TIN & suppliers
registration certificate.
6. Bidders
should present bid documents in three original & two cop and it
should properly marked addressed wax-sealed & stamped.
7. All
bids shall be delivered Finance & Administration section of the Work
& Urban Development Bureau Room No. 2
8. Bid
closing date shall be on the 10 calendar day’s u from the date of
announcement on The Ethiopian Herald at local time 3:00 P.M. & will be opened at the same time.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the
bids
