1. The
Addis Ababa University has funds within the procuring Entity’s
budget to be used for the procurement of
Lot 1) GEN-SET 3 phase 400KVA,
300KVA, 500KVA Diesel Generator (Re-Tender)
Lot II) Computer & Computer
Accessories.
2. The
Addis Ababa University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
GEN-SET 3 phase 400KVA,500KVA Diesel Generator
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the
Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding
is open to the Bidders listed above for Goods from eligible source
countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Main Campus at
purchasing Davison & inspect the bidding documents at the address
given below at 7(a) from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of
100.00(Birr Hundred). The method of payment will be in cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 2:00
P.M. on May 26,2009. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr Lot
