ION CERTIFICATE VALID FOR THE YEAR 2009.
1. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders on the following options for furnishing
a)
Labor, Material & Equipment or
b)
Labors & Equipment (with out
material) for the
maintenance &
completion of
Blood Bank
Reception room,
Duty room &
Nurse Station at
Head Quarter
Addis Ababa.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents for one or for both the options
may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder form ERCS,
procurement Service Division, Tel 251115531628 P.O. Box 195 at the
National Head Quarter upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
50.00(Fifty). Additional set of documents may be purchased at the
same price.
3.
Bidders may obtain further information, & inspect the site
through the above office.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, of Birr 5000(Five
Thousand) in an acceptable form (Cash, CPO or Bank Guarantee)
prepared in the name of Ethiopia Red Cross Society & must be
submitted on or before 12:00 P.M. on May 7, 2009 at the address
specified in clause 2 above.
5. Bids
will be opened & read in the presence of those bidders or their
authorized representatives who are willing to attend the ceremony at
2:00 P.M. on May 7, 2009 at the address specified in clause 2 above.
6. The
construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of 30
(Thirty) calendar days starting from the commencement of the work.
7. Bidders
are required to fill all the necessary details requested in the
schedules.
8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
