REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE VALID FOR THE YEAR 2009. (2001 E.C)
1. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society SOUTH GONDER ZONE BRANCH now
invites sealed bids from bidders for finishing the necessary, labor,
materials and equipment for the construction and completion of a
MIXED USE BUILDING in WEROTA Town, Amhara National Regional.
2.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any
interested eligible bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 550 /Five Hundred Fifty Birr/ from ERCS,
Amhara National Regional State Branch
Office, Tel. 251-582 22 10 41, P.O. Box 1295, Bahir Dar.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information, from ERCS, South Gondar Zone Branch,
Tel. 251-584410340, P.O. Box 195, Debre Tabor Town and from Engineering
Service, at Head Quarter, tel. 251-115-54-11 92, P.O. Box 195
Addis Ababa.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, of Birr 50,000 in an
acceptable form (Cash, CPO or Bank Guarantee) Prepared in the name
of Ethiopian Red Cross Society South Gondar Zone Branch, and
must be submitted on or before 12:00 A.M, 30th April,
2009 at ERCS, Amhara National Regional State Branch Office, in
Bahir Dar Town.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of those bidders or their
authorized representatives who are willing to attend the ceremony at
2:00 P.M. on 30th
April, 2009 at the address
specified in clause 2 above.
6. The
construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of 480
(Four Hundred Eighty) calendar days staring from the commencement of
the work.
7. Bidders
are required to visit the site and read the bidding document
thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in
the schedules.
8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
