DSNG Procurement Tender for fourth
time
International Competitive Bid
1. The
Oromia Mass Media Organization invites interested & eligible
international bidders for the procurement of DSNG and services. The
bidder shall have experience in similar work and should have the
capacity to finish the work within the shortest possible time.
2. The
equipment and service shall have the ability to build up a
cost-effective, reliable and performance-successful professional
standard DSNG. The bidder shall compete for the full system SNG.
3. The
bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical and
financial proposal.
4. Photocopy
of performance certificates should be submitted with in the
envelope of technical proposal.
5. Bidders
can obtain bid documents from Oromia Mass Media Organization Adama
office before or/on May 1, 2009 during office hours
against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (Hundred)
6. Sealed
bids marked as “Tender for he procurement of DSNG and services for
Oromia Mass Media Organization” and addressed to
Oromia Mass Media Organization

7. Bids
should be accompanied by Bid security of not less than 1% of the
total bid amount in the form of Certified Cheque CPO or bank
guarantee.
8. Bids
will be received at Oromia Mass Media Organization at Adama office
before or on May 1, 2009 until 3:00 P.M & bidders should provide one original & two copies of technical &
financial document. Bids received after closing time will be
automatically rejected.
9. Bids
received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be
opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on May 1, 2009 at 3:30P.M. at Adama Office.

this bid
