ALERT/AHRI
center invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement
of office Furniture’s eligible bidders are expected to fulfill the
following requirements:
1. The
bidders are required to provide a valid trade license from the
appropriate government body and proof of registration from the
public procurement agency and VAT registration certificate from the
Ministry of Inland Revenue.
2. The
bidders can purchase the bidding documents from ALERT/AHRI Center,
Property and General Service Division, upon payments of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr).
3. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security 1% of the total bid amount
from bank or its equivalent in convertible currency (C.P.O) and
shall be delivered to the ALERT/AHRI Center, Property and General
Service Division before or on May, 20, 2009 at 2:00 P.M.
4. The
bidder shall sealed the original and copies of the bidding document
into two separate envelopes one “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” and write
full address on the envelope.
5. Tender
will be opened on May 20, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. in the premises of
the ALERT/AHRI in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend
