from eligible bidders for supplying the necessary labor, materials,
and equipments for the construction of the multipurpose complex.
2. Minimum
requirement for eligibility.
Contractor category BC/GC-1
VAT registration certificate.
Valid certificate of registration with the ministry of works and
urban Development.
Capable of completing the construction in less than twenty four
months from the date of signing the contract.

starting from the second day this advertisement first appeared in
the news paper by submitting a written application with the
