Re-Tender
Aluminum Partition Work at NBR 4th B, Floor
1. The
Addis Ababa University
has funds within
the procuring Entity’s budget to be used for the procurement of
Aluminum Partition Work at NBR 4th B, floor Journalism
and Communications Faculty and FBE’s Building.
2. The
Addis Ababa University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
Aluminum Partition work at NBR 4th B, Floor Journalism
and Communications, Faculty and FBE’s Building.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the Open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding
is open to the Bidders from eligible source countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Main Campus at
Purchasing Division and inspect the bidding documents at the address
given below at 7(a) from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English May be purchased by
interested at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of Birr
100.00 (Birr Hundred). The method of payment will be in cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 2:00
P.M. on May 21, 2009. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr
10,000.00 (Ten Thousand). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will
be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at the address below at 7(d) at
2:30 P.M. on May 21, 2009.
