The Somali
Regional Sate Police Commission invites interested and eligible
Restaurant bidders to bid for the supply of Food Service at
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for 100 persons of the Somali Regional
State Police Sport Club members who participates on 2001 national
police sport competition which held at Addis Ababa Starting from May
07, 2009-May 29, 2009 maximum for 23 days. Local bidders or agents
must have their evidence of currently renewed license that they have
paid up all government taxes and certificate from Ministry of
Finance. S.R.S. Bofed specifying that they have register in food
service suppliers list Also bidders must have to produce VAT
registration certificate from Inland Revenue Authority. Bidders can
obtain bid documents from April 08, 2009 S.R. Police commission
General service department Jijiga during office hours against
payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr). Bids should
be mailed in wax-sealed envelopes to Somali Region police commission
Jijiga, Ethiopia before
April 22, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. Local time.
Bids should be submitted along with a
bid bond amounting to Birr 10,000 (Ten Thousand Birr) issued in
favor of the Somali Region police commission in the form of cash
payment order (CPO) certified bank Guarantee. Tender bids should be
provided in two envelopes. The first envelope has detail supply of
food service as specification given. Then the second envelope
arranged for food kind unit price of each person per day according
to tender instruction Tender envelopes should be marked bid supply
of food service. Bid will opened on April 23, 2009 at 4:05 P.M. local time in presence of bidders or their legal representatives at
