Procurement of IT Equipment and Soft
Ware
The Ethiopian
Management Institute (EMI) is a Management Development Institute
actively involved in providing different Management Development
interventions, Training consultancy and Research services to promote
modem and efficient management systems in the Civil Service, private
and non-governmental organizations in the country. In order to
modernize its service provision the institute is looking for:
Purchase of
IT equipments and soft ware
Therefore:
1. Interested
eligible bidders can collect tender documents from Ethiopian
Management Institute (at the address specified below) against
payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 during office hours from the
date of the issuance of this notice.
2. Bidding
documents should be submitted with bid bond amounting not less than
2% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO or cash.
3. Bidding
documents must be delivered on or before May 18, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. local time the
address specified below.
4. The
Bid will be opened on May 18, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. local time at the
presence of bidders or their representatives who are interested to
attend the bid opening.
5. The
Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
