Re-Invitation for Bid
To All Qualified Bidders
1. The
Gurage Zone Water, Resources Development Office invites wax-sealed
bids from eligible contractors of water works for the one deep water
well drillings and construction works.
2. Interested
eligible bidders with a license and registration certificate valid
for 2008/2009, can purchase complete set of bidding documents on
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only) for
consecutive ten day after this announcement from Gurage Zone Finance
& Econ. Development Co. main Dep’t.
3. Interested
bidders should submit their wax-sealed bids (one original & One
copy) to Gurage Zone F & E.D.D.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a security of two percent (2%) of the
total bid amount in Birr in the form of one of the following: i)
Cash or ii) Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized domestic
bank.
5. Bid
will be closed on May 4, 2009 at 12:00 A.M. and opened on May 4,
2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or legal
representatives at Gurage Zone Finance & Economic Development (it
holiday or weekend day, it will be the next working day.
6. The
Gurage Zone F & E.D.D. reserves the right to reject or accept any or
all bid without giving any reason thereof.
