1. Bidders should present a business license renewed for the current year and registration certificate for VAT & Tax payer.

2. Bidders may obtain a set of tender documents with specification upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr from AWSE Room No.2.

3. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified bid guarantee of 2% of the total bid price payable to the enterprise, In the bid announcement, can be found in the bid document.

4. The quantity which is not mentioned in the bid announcement can be found in the bid document.

5. Bidders are invited to submit financial & technical proposals original & copy separately enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the bureau Room No 2 in Arbaminch on or before 11:30 A.M. within 15 days of this announcement.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their theorized representatives on the same date at 2:00 P.M. at the office of the enterprise. If the 15th day of the bid announcement lies on the Ethiopian Holiday the closing and opening day will be on the next working day at 2:00 P.M.

7. Delivery not more than 10 (ten) days after signing of the agreement.

8. Availability of stock will have meaningful consideration.

9. Six meter, length is also acceptable.

10. There is possibility to bid full for three or two lots or partially for one No partial bidding is allowed for individual lot.

11. The AWSSE reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid
