Harar Brewery
Share Company (HBSCO) invites eligible and competent bidders for
Supply Installation, Implementation/ Configuration & Commissioning
of INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM& LOCAL AREA NETWORK.
1.
The bid is prepared in one lot.
2. Interested
bidders should purchase complete bidding documents from HBSCO’s head
office (Harar) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian
Birr200 in Cash.
3. The
technical & financial proposals must be delivered in to two separate
sealed envelopes before the closing date and time, at the HBSCO
Coordination Office (Addis Ababa).
4. Bidders
should be licensed in ICT sector i.e supply installation
Implementation, configuration & commissioning of network and/or
software, and attach copy of renewed business license for the year
2001 Certificate of registration from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development and VAT registration certificate
5. Bidders
will be required to certify in their bids that all software is
either covered by a valid license or was produced by their Bidder
and that violation of this condition shall be considered fraud.
6. Bid
proposal must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopia Birr
20,000.00 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for 90 days.
7. The
bid will be closed on 02nd of June 2009 at 03:00 A.M. (morning) at Addis Ababa
coordination office in the presence of interested bidder’s or their
authorized representatives.
8. The
company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
