Airports Enterprise invites eligible Bidders for the supply of
Conference Hall Amplifier.
1. Interested
bidder who relevant renewed license for the current budget year VAT
registered on the suppliers list to submit their proposal.
2. A
complete set of the bid document can be purchased by interested
bidders from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise Head Office Finance
Service Casher’s Office near Gerji customs office upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr
3. The
sealed envelopes containing an original & copy of each Technical &
Logistic Administration Service on or before April 23,2009, up to
10:00 A.M & opened on the same date at
4:15 A.M Late bids will be rejected.
4. The
bid security will be sealed in separate envelope marked “Bid
Security”
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 5000.00(Five
Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O or Bank guarantee along with
their offer.
6. The
Technical envelope will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives at the EAE Head Office Conference
Room. The financial proposal will be opened after the result of the
technical proposals known.
