INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE

The Ethiopian Red Cross Society invites sealed bid from eligible and interested firms with license valid for the currency year 2001 E.C. to undertake a Base Line Survey for the Water and Sanitation Project to be started in three sites, namely Arsi, Tigray and West Gojam.

1.      Interested eligible bidders can purchase the bid document against a non-refundable payment of 100.00 birr from National stadium.

2.      Bidders should submit their company profile, license and experience in the field.

3.      Interested bidders should submit sealed bids to ERCS, Head Quarter Purchasing Division.

4.      All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the total bid amount in certified Cheque (CPO).

5.      Bids must be delivered in 10 working days of this announcement on National News Paper.

6.      Bid will be closed on the 10^th working date at 12:00 A.M. local time and will be opened on the same day in the presence of interested bidders or legal representatives at 2:00 P.M. local time at the Head quarter office.

7.      Interested candidates can get further information from ERCS HQ Purchasing Division office or Call 011-553 16 28 Or 011-553 76 40.

8.      ERCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason therefore.
