Invitation for the procurement
Uniform clothes & Shirts
The Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation /WEST ADDIS ABABA ZONE/
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of
Uniform clothes & shirts.
1. The
Tender remains floating from April 15/2009, Bid document can be
obtained from WAAZ ROOM No. 14/supply office at office hours upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 /Thirty Birr/ Birr/
Bidders should submit all their relevant renewed original license
and VAT certificate when they come to obtain the bid document.
2. Bidders
shall Furnish as part of their bid, Bid security Birr 4,000.00(Four
Thousand Birr) only
3. The
Bid Bond must be in either of the following form
3.1 Cash
3.2 Certified
Cheque (CPO) issue by a
recognized Bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our finance office before the bid opening date & produce
the receipt during opening.
5. Samples
can be obtained from WAAZ Room No.14/supply office at office hours.
6. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and sealed
envelope & deposit in the box situated at West Addis Ababa Zone
office 1st Floor Room No. 1 before May 6, 2009 up to 5:30 P.M
7. Bids
will be opening in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 9:00 A.M. on May 7, 2009 at Zone office Room No. 1
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids
