A complete bid
document may be obtained from the Office Room No. 5 upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Birr 120.00(One Hundred Twenty Birr only
Bidders shall
include in their bid currently renewed Trade license valid for the
year 2001 Ethiopian calendar year and VAT registration certificate.
All bids must be
accompanied by bid security of not less than 1% of the total price
in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO.
Bidder shall
submit Financial 7 Technical proposals separately & one copy of each
proposal in wax-sealed envelope to the Town water Supply & Sewerage
Service Enterprise at Hawassa, within 20 consecutive calendar days
of this announcement and it will be closed at 12:00 A.M. in the last
day. (if this day become holiday or weekend. The closing will be the
next working day)
The bid will be
opened in the presence of interested bidders/their legal
representatives on the closing day, at 2:30 P.M. in the Enterprise.
Those who can
supply materials fully from the stock will be considered as an
advantage. Bidders can compete in anyone of the lot.

accept or reject all the bid or part of the bid
