Hawassa Town
Water Supply & Sewerage Service Enterprise invites qualified and
eligible suppliers & manufacturers to provide an offer for the
supply of the following vehicles by Ethiopian Birr.
I. One
Tractor mounted with Excavator (backhoe digger) & loader
A complete bid
document bid document may be obtained from the office Room No.5 upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty
Birr only).
Bidders shall
include in their bid currently renewed Trade License valid for the
year 2001 Ethiopia calendar year & VAT registration certificate.
All bids must be
accompanied by bid security of not less than 1% of the total price
in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO.
Bidder shall
submit Financial & Technical proposals separately & one copy of
each proposal in wax-sealed envelope to the Town Water Supply &
Sewerage Service Enterprise at Hawassa, with in 20 consecutive
calendar days of this announcement and it will be closed at 12:00
A.M. in the last day. (if this day become holiday or weekend, the
closing will be the next working day.)
The bid will be
opened in the presence of interested bidders’ their legal
representative on the closing day, at 2:30 P.M. in the Enterprise.
Those who can
supply materials fully from the stock will be considered as an
advantage.
The Hawassa Town
Water Supply & Sewerage Service Enterprise reserves the right to
accept or reject all the bid or part of the bid.
