invites all interested and eligible bidders to bid for the supply of
300 tons of UREA FORMALDEHYDE RESINE POWDER.
1. Interested
bidders can obtain the bid document from ECAFCO S.C. Commercial
Department, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00(One
Hundred Birr) and must submit a photocopy of currently renewed
license and receipt for payment of at least 2000 E.C. government
taxes.
2. Bidders
should furnish as a part of their bid, a bid security of 2% (CPO) or
bank guarantee on the total price offered for the material.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelopes indicating
Technical and Financial offers separately as bid for tender NO.
ECAFCO S.C 006/2001 before or on May 25, 2009 until 2:00 P.M. local time. Bid will be opened on the same date at
2:30 P.M. local time in the presence
of bidders or their representatives in the meeting room.
ECAFCO S.C RESEINE the right to
cancel the bid wholly or partially.
