premise upon payment non-refundable of Birr 25 ( Twenty Five) in
cash.
3. Bids
shall be accompanied with Security bid bond not less than 2% of the
total offer and shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelope on or
before April21, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.

will be opened on April 21, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. at our Branch office
mentioned above in the presence of bidders or their representatives
