contractors of category GC/BC/Class 5 and above with License valid
for the year.
1. Ethiopian
Geological Survey now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
furnishing the necessary labors, materials and equipment for the
completion of the Fence of the compound located at Gurd Sholla in
Addis Ababa.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at Ethiopian Geological Survey Room No. 214
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased against payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 1,500( One Thousand Five Hundred) from
the above office, Additional sets of documents may be purchased at
the same price.
4. Bid
document in wax-sealed envelopes labeled original and Two
photocopies original shall be placed in the bid box accompanied by
bid security 1% of the bid amount to a maximum of Birr 100,000.00
(One Hundred Thousand) from recognized financial institutions
payable on demand shall in the bidders options be in the form of
irrevocable letter of credit, bank guarantee certified payment order
(CPO) or unconditional bond from insurance on the Twentieth –first
(21) days before 12:00 A.M. from the 1st bid issue acne
date of the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in Original & Two photocopies Each sealed in
separate envelope.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of those bidders, their
representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 2:00P.M. at Ethiopian Geological Survey Room No. 206
7. Time
of the completion of the works in 298 calendar days.
8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bid must include 15% value added tax
on the summary of price
Bidders are instructed to submit copy of VAT registration
certificate. renewed trade license & registration certificate given
by
MoWaUD upon purchasing of bid document from the above address and to
the consulting office addressed below.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign and deal all the forms of the
bid documents clearly and neatly. Bidders are instructed to show
all legitimate Documents before purchasing the bid document to the
consultant’s office namely BECONSULT CONSULTING ARCHITECTS
&ENGINEERS wereda16, Kebele 13/14 House No. 968. Failure to this
instruction causes automatic rejection
