1. National
alcohol and liquor factory invites eligible bidders for supply of
MIS equipments namely:/personal computers, servers, UPS, core and
assess switches, heavy and light duty printers, off the shelf
original softwares (window servers, MS SOL server, Symantec anti
virous), RACK + KVM +LCD + UPS, laptops and others/.
2. Bidders
with business and professional license valid for the current year
and got registered with concerned government offices shall obtain a
complete set of bidding documents from commercial department of the
factory, paying non-refundable birr 100.00 (One Hundred only).
3. Bid
offers, technical and financial proposals, shall be submitted in
different wax-sealed envelopes labeled original and must be placed
in bid box along with bid in the form of certified check (CPO)
amounting to 2% of the bid offer on or before 30, April 2009 at 2:00
P.M. local time.
4. The
technical proposals will be opened at the presence of the bidders or
their legal representatives on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the factory’s conference Hall.
5. The
factory reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
