Consultancy

The Secretariat
of the House of Federal of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia invites interested bidders of consulting firm who are
competent and capable of doing Evaluation and Developing Strategic
plan of the House for the Year 2010-2015
Interested
bidders are required to submit their proposal and Cost for each of
activities.
The major Activities include
1. Training
for Staff & Leadership of the House
2. Undertake
documentary analysis .
3.
Collection of primary data and analysis.
4. Interview
of focus group discussion with staff & Leadership of the House.
5. Evaluating
the performance of existing strategic plan (2006-2010).
6. Comparative
assessment of the planned. Activities and resource against the
actual.
7. Discussion
with internal & external stakeholders.
8. Analyzing
data’s using different tools
9. Preparation
of New strategic plan.
10. Presentation
& Submission of final documents.
11. Completion
& Submission of final documents.
12. In
addition the bidders shall submit the time frame with four month
from starting to the end of planning activities.
13. The
sealed bid document shall submit to The EFDRE of the House of
Federation on the prepared Box not later than April 16/08/2001 E.C
12:00 A.M. hours local time. The bid will be opened on the same
date at 14:30 hour’s local time in the House of Federation
Secretariat Conference Room in the presence of bidders who wish to
be present.
14.
Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with
the public procurement proclamation of the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia participation is open to all
eligible bidders.
15. The
bidder will provide a bid security of 3, 000 Birr
16. After
the awarding of the contract the firm will provide the
Professional indemnity insurance
as performance
security
17. The
EFDRE The Secretariat of the House of Federation reserve the right
to reject any or part of the bid
