The Oromia Agricultural Research institute invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for construction of .
Tissue Culture
Laboratory”
1. Interested
bidders may obtain a complete bid document from our office upon
payment of non-refundable Eth. Birr 150.00( Birr One Hundred Fifty
only).
2. Bidders
have to be registered to collect “ VAT & copy of VAT Certificate,
trade license, TAX Identification Certificate & Registration
certificate from Ministry of Work & Urban Development or Oromia
Work & Urban Development Bureau must be submitted attached with the
application.
3. Bidders

4. All
bids must be accompanied by a copy and original document for
technical & financial proposals and bid security of not less than 2
% of the bid price in the form of CPO bank guarantee issued from
authorized banks or bond from insurance.
5. Bid
document should be submitted in wax sealed envelope
6. The
document must be delivered to the office on or before April 28,2009
at 10:00 A.M. The bids shall be opened on the same date at
10:30 A.M. Oromia Agricultural
Research institute Conference Room in the presence of interested
bidders or authorized representatives.
7.
The Oromia Agricultural Research Institute reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all bids.
