Agricultural
Equipment and Technical Services Share Company invites all eligible
Bidders for the Supply of Computers, Printers and Backup-UPS.
1. The
Financial and Technical proposal should be submitted in separate
wax-sealed and stamped envelopes.
2. Bid
must be accompanied with 2% Bid Bond in the form of bank guarantee
or CPO only (insurance Bond is not acceptable).
3. Bidders
should submit currently renewed trade license and registrations
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development.
4. Bidders
should submit registration certificate and others relevant Technical
documents with their offer.
5. Bids
shall be closed on April 28/2009 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
6. Bid
shall be opened on April 28/2009 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
7. Alternate
bids shall not be considered.
8. The
price quoted shall be firm for at least 30 days from the bid
opening.
9. Bidder’s
should purchase the detail bid document by paying non-refundable
Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr).
10. A.E.T.S.SH.CO.
reserves the right to accept or reject the bidding process all or
parts of the bid.
