1. Bidders
should present a business license renewed for the current years and
registration certificate for VAT & Tax payer.
2. Bidders
may obtain a set of tender documents with specification, upon
payment of non-refundable Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr). From Water
Resources Development Bureau Room No.4.
3. Each
bid shall be accompanied by a certified bid guarantee of 2% of the
total bid price payable to the WRDB, in the form of CPO (bank
guarantee).
4. The
quantity which is not mentioned in the bid announcement. Can be
found in the bid document.
5. Bidders
are invited to submit financial & technical proposals originals &
copy separately enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the bureau Room
No.4 in Awassa on or before
11:30 A.M. within 15 days of this
announcement.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives on the same date at 2:00 P.M. at the Bureau. If the
15th day of the bid announcement lies on the Ethiopian
Holiday the closing and opening day will be on the next working day
at 2:00 P.M.
7. Delivery
not more than 30 (Thirty days) after signing the agreement.
8. Availability
of stock shall be considered as an advantage.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
