International Competitive Bid
1. The
Ethiopian Broadcasting Authority invites all interested suppliers
for the supply of Broadcast content monitoring equipment that has
the capacity to network the radio and television stations all over
the country and enable the authority to keep the records of the
stations for specified time and to watch the programs while they are
in transmission at its central office.
2. Domestic
Suppliers are required to submit certificate confirming that they
are registered the suppliers list, tax clearance certificate issued
by the tax authority, appropriate renewed business license and Value
Added Tax Registration Certificate.
3. Foreign
bidders shall submit business Organization Registration Certificate
or Trade License issued by the country of establishment.
4. Bidders
shall submit a letter of agency from the manufacture, if they
themselves are not the manufacturer of the goods.
5. Interested
bidders may purchase a complete set of the bidding document against
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 from the office of
Procurement and Finance working process, Room No.307, during the
official working hours.
6. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid a bid security amount of Birr
50,000.00 in the form of a certified cheque or a bank guarantee.
7. Bidders
should prepare as part of their technical and commercial offers
separately at the 3rd floor Room No.307. The closing date
and time of the bid shall on the same date at 10:30 A.M. in the
presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to
attend. If the 46th day is not an official working day
the next official working day will be the closing and opening date.
8. Ethiopian
Broadcasting Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
