RE-INVITATION FOR BID
1. Ethiopian
Civil Service College has funds within the procuring entity’s budget
to be used for the procurement of conference arm chairs with secret
desk top inside the arm for the new auditorium.
2. The
college invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and
delivery of conference arm chairs with secret desk top inside the
arm for the new auditorium.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in public procurement proclamation of the government of
the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the College
Procurement Finance and Property Administration Support Business
Process which is located at CMC Road, Block No.3, Room No.004 at
8:30 A.M. -5:00 P.M. local time from Monday to Friday.
5. A
set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested
bidders at the college procurement, Finance and Property
Administration Support Business Process which is located at CMC Road
Block No.3, Room No:004 at 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M. local time from
Monday to Friday and up on payment of non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 100.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr not
less than 2% of the total price of the goods.
7. Late
bids shall be rejected.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidder or the bidder legal
representatives who choose to attend.
9. Bids
must be delivered and opened at the college main campus which is
located at CMC Road Block No.5 Room No. A42 at or before April 28,
2009, 2:30 P.M. local time.
10. The
College reserves the right to reject part or all the bids.
