1. The
Somali Regional State Rural Roads Authority invites to all eligible
bidders of Category 4 and above regularly registered with the
Ministry of Works and Urban Development and renewed their license
for current budget year.
2. The
project consists of request for proposal of Somali Region Rural
Roads Authority RRA Headquarter Office Construction Supervision.
3. Interested
bidders can collect the complete bid document from Somali Region
Rural Roads Authority Planning and Contract Administration within
25 days after the announcement date of the bid upon payment of a
non-refundable sum of 200 Birr.
4. The
bid shall be opened in SRRA planning and contract administration
Room No. 3
5. The
bid shall be opened in Somali Region Rural Roads Authority Room No.
3 at 3:30 p.m. 30 days after the announcement
6. Bidders
are required to submit bid bond in the sum of not less than one
percent (1%) of the bid price in the form stated in the instruction
to bidders.
7. The
Somali Regional State Rural Roads Authority reserves the right to
reject any or all offers without giving reasons of doing so.
