Therefore:
1. Bidders
who can provide currently renewed Trade license (2001/2002 Ethiopian
Budget year), Recent Tax Clearance from Inland Revenue Authority,
Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, for which they are listed on suppliers List and VAT
Registration Certificate from the concerned Authority can
participate for the BID.
2. Up
on submission of a written application together with documents
listed under NO. 1& 2 above,
a complete set of bidding documents
can be purchased from OMERDA’s Procurement, Planning & Finance
Administration Work Process, where the Office near “Mexico Square”
Ethiopian petroleum Enterprise Ecofco House Room NO. 15 against
non-refundable payment of the amount in the table above, starting
from the date of the 1st appearance of this invitation
notice on The Ethiopian Herald.
3. Bidders
shall Prepare BID PROPOSAL IN TWO COPIES (ONE “ORIGINAL” & “ONE
PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL sealed separately”) & shall
submit in the wax-sealed envelopes.
4. A
bid bond shall be accompanied the bid proposal of the total price of
1% in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO only.
5.
Bid Proposal (both Technical & Financial) shall be submitted
on/before the closing dates & times indicated in the table above.
Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
6. The
bid proposal prepared by the Bidders shall be written in English
Language.
7. Bid
Price shall be quoted entirely in Birr.
8. Oromia
Mineral & Energy Resource Development Agency (OMERDA) reserves the
right to accept or reject all bids or part of it.
