1. Addis
Ababa City Roads Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the purchase of Spare Parts for Kleemann and Riener
Rock Crushing Machines/200 TPH Rock crushing and calssifying plant
in stationary design/.

3. A
complete set of the Bidding Document can be purchased by any
interested bidders from the date of first announcement upon payment
of a non-refundable fee Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr)
4. Bidders
should submit currently renewed license, VAT registration
certificate and registration certificate from the Ministry of
Finance.
5. All
Bids must be accompanied by bid security not less than 1% of the
total bid amount. The bid bond must be in one of the following forms
Cash or Certified Cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized
domestic bank or Bond issued and/or confirmed through a
recognized domestic Bank.
6. The
Bank that issues the bond as per 5 here above shall
unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the
first written demand of payment. The purchaser’s written demand of
payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.
7. The
bond-issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the content stated under
item 6 here in above on the issued bond.
8. The
bid bond shall be separately enclosed and submitted to our
Finance Division against receipt.
9. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope to AACRA’s Head
Office on December 22, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. Bid will be opened in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same
date and time at AARCA’s Head Office.
10. Addis
Ababa City Roads Authority reserves the right to reject any or all
bids. |
