purchased to East Wollega Zone Health office Room 16 upon refundable
of Eth. Birr 100 after announcement from above office
One bidder can
not purchased more than two bid document.
Bid (one
original & one copy of original document) shall be valid for a
period of 90 days after bid opening & must be accompanied by bid
security at list 1% of the offered bid amount in accepted CPO in
sealed envelope on or before 21 days after this announcement at 6:00
a.m. local time to the East Wollega Zone Health office. if this day is not
working day. The bid will be opened in the next working day.
Bid will be
opened in the presence of bidders or legal repetitive who choose to
attended on the same date and place East Wollega Zonal Health office
at 8:30 p.m. local time.
The furniture
shall be completed with in 60 calendar days from singing date of the
contract agreement and the furniture supply by bid winner at woreda
health office or Health center.
The office
reserves the right to reject any or all bidders
