4 and above with renewed license valid for the year 2001 E.C.
1. The
Oromia National State Bedele Town
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the
necessary labor, material, equipment and service for the
construction and completion by a budget obtained from the regional
state government.
2. Bidding
document obtain from Bedele Brewery Branch office near St. Kirkos
church up on submission of non-refundable fee of birr 100 for each
set starting from the bids out on the news paper during working days
and hours.
3. Bidders
licensed for the current year and VAT registered and copy of VAT
certificate should be attached.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of
CPO for bank guarantee 1% of the bid amount which will be payable.
5. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to the aforementioned office on or before
January 26, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Bidders should provide one original and one copy of
bid documents each separately.
6. Bids
will be opened at Bedele head office in conference hall at Bedele
after 10 days of the closing of the bid in room No. 216 in the
presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who
wish to attend.
7. The
share company has the right to accept or reject any or all bids
without giving any reason thereof.
8. Bidders
may be obtain further information from and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents from the Bedele Brewery S.C.
