1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for the supply of 70gm Kraft Paper Qyt. 5000 tons
2. Eligible
Suppliers/ Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy
of their renewed licenses (foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT
Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate issued from
Ministry of Finance & Economic Development against payment of a
non-refundable Birr 100.00 from Supply Team Office Addis Ababa
during working days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Supply Team
Addis Ababa office on or before January 22, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. Bidders should provide one Original and one Copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” document separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on January 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
