1. Water
Well Drilling Enterprise (WWDE) invites all eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for the supply of;
Lot No. I. Earth Resistivety meter
with IP or four channel for under ground water investigation
Lot II. 30KVA Generator
In accordance to our specification
stipulated in the tender document & bidders have option to bid for
anyone Lot of item.
2. Eligible
suppliers can obtain tender documents against payment of
non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty) per Lot from Procurement office
from the date issuance of this notice.
3. Bidders
should be able to present copies of renewed licenses valid for the
fiscal year, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate.
4. Bids
must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked as
technical and financial proposals.
5. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee or certified checque and
should be enclosed in the Technical envelope.
6. Sealed
bids shall be delivered to W.W.D.E.’S Head office and placed in the
tender box with in 20 (Twenty) calendar days from the first day of
announcement.
7. Bid
will be closed on the twentieth calendar day at 9:30 a.m. from the
first day of announcement and will be opened on the same day at
10:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
8. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the
bid with out giving any reason thereof.
