Debre Birhan Teachers education &
Vocational Training College would like to procure goods. For the
GEQIP project using National competitive bidding which are prepared
in accordance with federal/ regional procurement proclamation. The
college now invites bids from bidders for the supply of Goods Tender

Bidders should
submit currently renewed license & registration certificate from
Ministry of Finance & Economic Development. Tax payer Identification
Number (TIN) & also respective Inland Revenue Authority.
Bids must be delivered to the address
below at before at 4:00 A.M. on 23/4/2002 E.C. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives to attained on the same date and place at
4:30 A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total
amount. The bid security shall be in the form of check, C.P.O. &
cash or bank guaranty from banking institution counter qua rated by
the local Bank. Bid security in the form of Insurance bond shall not
be accepted.
A complete set of bidding documents
may be purchased by interest bidders on the submission of a written
application to office No.3 upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB
50 (Fifty Birr Only). The method of payment shall be in cash.
Bidders should deliver the goods to the college using their own
transport will cover all transport cost & other costs.
Interested eligible bides may obtain
further information from the college addressed below.
The college has the right to reject
any of all bids.
