1. The
Government Communication Affairs Office invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Design, preparation of tender
document, Supervision, Contract Administration, soil investigation
and surveying service for branch office at Dire Dawa, and
Preparation of tender document, contract document, Supervision and
Contract Administration service for branch office at Dessie.
2. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all locally
registered Consulting Architect & Engineer of Category IV and
above.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from office for the
Government Communication Affairs with Tel. No. 011 551 68 65
4. A
complete set of hard copy of bidding documents in English may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr). The
method of payment will be in cash.
5. All
bids must accompanied by a bid security of the amount according to
ITB 16.1, in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO or cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered to address Ethiopian Television Building 10th
floor Office No. 1020 at or before 12:00 p.m. noon local time on
(December 29, 2009). Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids
must be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives who
choose to attend at address Ethiopian Television Building 10 the
floor office no. 1020 at 2:00 p.m. local time on December 29, 2009
8. The
Office reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
