Consultancy Service
1. Somali
Regional State (SRS) Bureau of Works & Urban Development invites
eligible consultancy bidders for consultancy service of preparation
of base map for three towns in two lots.
Lot I Qabridahar and Lot II Goday
and Qalafo towns.
2. Interested
eligible bides may obtain the bidding document (TOR) and other
related information from BWUDB Department of Urban Development &
Housing Affairs.
3. A
complete of each bidding documents in English shall be purchased by
interested eligible bidders by a written application to the bureau
and upon a non-refundable fee of 200 Birr by a cash payment method
for each lot separately.
4. Bidders
shall submit their technical and financial proposals separately.
Bidders may purchased one or both lots.
5. All
bids must be accompanied with a bid security of ETH. Birr 20,000 for
each lot in the form of C.P.O. from commercial bank of Ethiopia or
any other recognized bank with in bid validity period of 60 days.
6. Bidders
may submit their bid document within ten days starting from the date
of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald not later than 10:00 A.M. to
the address underlined below.
7. Technical
and Financial Proposals would be opened separately. Technical
proposal would be opened on the same date at 11:00 A.M. at the
address below room No.6 with the present of interested bidders or
their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be
returned un opened.
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject part or the entire bid.
