USAID/ Improving Quality of Primary
Education Program (IQPEP) in Ethiopian invites sealed bid from
eligible bidders for the procurement of Office Equipment (Desktop
Computers, Printers, UPS, Flash disks, Toners, and other related
accessories).
1. Bidders
must submit copy of their renewed trade license, VAT registration
certificate, supplies registration certificate and other relevant
supporting documents while collecting the Request for Quotation (RFQ)
and submitting their Quotation.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid a bid security 2% of the total
bid price ONLY in Cash Payment Order (CPO) from a
recognized local bank in the name of the Academy for
Educational Development with their offer.
3. Interested
& qualified bidders can obtain the bid document from USAID/IQPEP
central office Room 318 during office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
4. Bidders
should prepare their technical and financial offers separately
in a waxed-sealed envelope and deposit in the box situated at
USAID/IQPEP office Room No. 318 before or on December 21, 2009 up to
2:00 p.m.
5. Offers
sent after the closing date and time will be rejected.
6. Bid
will be opened officially in the presence of interested bidders or
their legal representatives on December 21, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. in Room No. 315.
7. USAID/IQPEP
reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
8. Partial
bid is allowed.
