and above who have a license valid for the current year and
Registration certificate for VAT & trade.
The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State
Education Bureau has allocated budget for furnishing the necessary
labor, materials, equipment, construction and completion of two
Primary Schools.

1. The
bureau now invites wax-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders
for any or all of the lots described above.
2. Complete
sets of the bidding documents may be purchased at the regional
education bureau upon submission of written request and
non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 200 (Two Hundred) starting from 1st
day of announcement.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain farther information and inspect t the
bidding document at B/G/R/S/ Education Bureau P.O. Box 64, Tel
057-775-00-68, Office No.14, Assosa.
4. Bids
shall be valid for the period of 120 days after the date of bid
opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid
amount in the form of C.P.O. and shall be delivered to B/G/R/S
Education Bureau on submission of tender document on the twenty
eight day from the first publication on The Ethiopian Herald before
8:00 local time (bid closing time).
5. Bid
opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 8:30 local
time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at
regional education bureau office No.14 If there is public holiday on
this date the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the
next working day at the same time and venue.
6. The
bidders should attach their VAT registration and TIN Number
registration certificate.
7. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
