issued or confirmed by local banks and must be delivered to the
Branch Office before December 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
Bids will be opened on December 21,
2009 at 10:15 a.m. in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.

accept or reject all or part of the bid.
