1. The
Tender remains floating from Dec. 14, 2009 to respective closing
date of the bids. Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head
Office Room No.206 & 207 during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable fee for each Tender Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) Bidders
should submit their relevant renewed license and VAT registration
certificate (original & copies) when they come to obtain the bid
documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish has part of their Bid, Bid security as follows:

3. The
Bid Security must in either of the following form.
a)
Cash
b) Certified
cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Head Office 3rd floor Room No.311 before
respective bid opening date and time, and produce the receipt during
the bid opening time.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head Office 1st floor Room No.
110 in the respective closing dates and time.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on the following date & time at ETC’s Head Office 1st
floor Room No.111.
