1. The
Pharmaceuticals Fund and Supply Agency has received fund from UNFP A
for the strengthening of the logistics system in the country and
part of the fund intends to be used for eligible payments under the
contract for which this invitation to bids is issued.
2. Pharmaceuticals
Fund and Supply Agency (PFSA) now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of Printers.
3.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive
Bidding procedures specified in the Government procurement
Guidelines and are open to all bidders.
4.
The Bid Evaluation will be conducted on item by item basis.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Pharmaceuticals
Fund and Supply Agency and inspect the Bidding Documents at the
address given below from the date this advertisement appeared in The
Ethiopian Herald during Office Hours.
6. A
complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr
50. The method of payment will be cash.
7. Bids
must be delivered to the address below on or before December 21,
2009 at 2:00 P.M. local time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the
amount as specified in the tender document in the form of CPO or
Bank Guarantee from Recognized Bank Insurance Bond is not
acceptable.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend on December 21, 2009 at 2:30
P.M.
9. The
purchaser reserves the right to reject the bid in full or partially.
