Tender for the Procurement of
Computer, Printer and Fax Machine
Ethiopian Telecommunications
Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
procurement of Computers, Printers and Fax Machines.
1. The
Tender remains floating from December 14, 2009 to January 4, 2010.
Bid documents can be obtained from ETC’s Microwave compound 2nd
Floor Office Room No.201 during office hours from 8:30A.M. -4:00
P.M. upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty Birr). Bidders
should submit their entire relevant renewed original license, VAT
certificate & their copies when they come to obtain the bid
documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security of Birr 4,000.00
(Birr Four Thousand only).
3. The
bid bond must be in either bid, bid security of Birr 4,000.00 (Birr
Four Thousand only).
a. Cash
b. Certified
cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c. Bank
guarantee from recognized Bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash are required to
deposit our finance office 1st floor office No. 007 before 9:30 A.M.
January 5, 2010 and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Microwave compound 2nd floor Room No.208
on or before January 4, 2010 up to 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on January 5, 2010 at ETC’s
Microwave Office Room No.008.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or all part of the
bids.
