To all contracts with license valid
for the year 2009/2010
1. The
Oromia Regional Health Bureau has allocated a budget for South West
Shoa Zone Health Department to wards the cost of Health Sector
Development Program (HSDP) and intends to apply part of the funds to
cover eligible payments under the contract for the construction of
Delidak Nucleus Health Center in Ameya Woreda.
2. South
West Shoa Zone Health Department INVITES SEALED BIDS FROM ELIGIBLE
BIDDERS to all national contractors of class GC/BC-6 and above
regularly registered with the Ministry of Works and Urban
Development and who have renewed their license for the current
fiscal year and have renewed their license for the current fiscal
year and have VAT registration certificate for the construction of
Delidak Nucleus Health Center in Ameya Woreda One original and two
copies of bid documents separately sealed with wax and should be
packed in a bigger outer covering envelope,
3. Interested
and eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 from South West Shoa Zone Health
Department Engineering Section Room No. 12 Woliso. From 26/3/2002
E.C. to 16/4/2002 E.C. (Dec 5/12/2009 to Dec 26/12/2009)
4. Bidders
are required to fill all the necessary detailed information in the
bid document and failing to do so may be a cause for rejection, and
therefore bidders are advised to read the bidding data properly and
respond accordingly.
5. Completion
date for the construction work will be 180 calendar days.
6. All
bids must be delivered to South West Shoa Zone Health Department on
or before 16/2/2002 E.C. (Dec. 25/12/2009), at 12:00
a.m. local time, in a wax-sealed envelope and endorsed in to the box
prepared for the purpose of this bid
7. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2% of the total sum of
bid price in the form of CPO, Cash or Bank Guarantee.
8. The
bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who needs to attend at 2:00 p.m. local time on
16/4/2002 E.C. (Dec 25/12/2009).
9. Bidders

10. The
employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
without giving any reason thereof.
